Delete Your Duruha Account

You can request deletion of your Duruha account and associated data at any time. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete from the app

1. Open the Duruha app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile, then Settings.
3. Open Delete / Backup Account.
4. Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

Request deletion without app access

If you cannot access your account in the app, email us from the email address associated with your Duruha account and ask for account deletion.

What is deleted

• Your account, profile, personas, personal settings, and authentication record.
• Media and files stored for your account where deletion is technically possible.
• Personal data associated with your account in Duruha systems.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or audit logs. Retained data is kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes.
