Duruha Safety Policy

Child Safety Standards

Duruha prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. These standards explain what is not allowed, how people can report concerns, and how Duruha responds to suspected child safety violations.

Minimum age

Duruha is intended for people who are at least 13 years old. Accounts found to belong to users below 13 may be restricted, suspended, or deleted. Users who are 13 to 17 are treated as minors for child safety enforcement.

Zero tolerance for CSAE

Users may not create, upload, share, request, link to, promote, normalize, or threaten to distribute content involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor. This includes:

• Child sexual abuse material, including real, synthetic, altered, or AI-generated imagery.
• Sexualized comments, roleplay, grooming, coercion, sextortion, or trafficking involving minors.
• Attempts to contact, identify, locate, or manipulate a minor for sexual purposes.
• Instructions, links, keywords, coded language, or off-platform directions used to obtain or exchange CSAE material.

Reporting child safety concerns

If you see suspected CSAE, grooming, or any child safety risk on Duruha, report it immediately. Use the in-app reporting controls on the relevant profile, post, comment, or media item when available. If you cannot report inside the app, email us directly:

Do not forward, download, screenshot, or redistribute suspected CSAE material. Include the account name, profile link, post link, approximate time, and a brief description so we can locate and review the report quickly.

How we respond

• We prioritize child safety reports for review and may remove content while a report is under investigation.
• We may suspend or permanently remove accounts involved in CSAE, grooming, solicitation, or attempts to evade enforcement.
• We may preserve relevant account, content, and technical records where needed for safety, legal compliance, or investigation.
• When we identify apparent CSAE material or imminent risk to a child, we may report it to appropriate law enforcement, child protection authorities, or reporting organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where applicable.

Prevention and moderation

Duruha combines community reporting, account enforcement, content removal, and identity and reputation safeguards to reduce abuse. Users who try to evade a ban, create replacement accounts, coordinate abuse, or move CSAE activity off-platform remain subject to enforcement.

Emergency situations

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first. Duruha reports are not a substitute for emergency help.
